Ticket Eligibility: Medical vs. Industry
Anyone employed by or contracted with a pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, or medical device company must register under the Industry category.
This includes:

- Medical affairs professionals

Abstract Poster Presentations
Faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, oncology professionals, and industry representatives are invited to submit:
- Case reports
- Original basic science research
- Prospective clinical research
- Retrospective clinical research
Poster Presentation Details:
- Posters will be presented prior to the program, during scheduled breaks, and at the networking reception
- Each submission must include a 300-word abstract
- All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee
- Applicants will be notified via email
