Designed to be both informative and interactive, the agenda blends concise evidence reviews with case-based discussions and practical pearls. Each session is followed by live Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to clarify concepts, discuss real-world applications, and exchange ideas with peers and faculty. Beyond the sessions, a hosted networking reception provides dedicated time to connect with colleagues and exhibitors. - Inclusion Notice: To ensure inclusion in printed/digital meeting materials and on-site signage, both registration and payment must be received by this deadline. Items received after the deadline will not be included in meeting materials or signage.
TICKET ELIGIBILITY: MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL VS. INDUSTRY
Important: Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), PharmDs, and any medical personnel employed by a pharmaceutical/biotech/diagnostics/device company (or its affiliates/contractors) are Industry and not eligible for the “Medical Professional” ticket. Please register under the Industry category (Exhibitor or Industry Attendee-Only).
Examples of “Industry”: MSLs, clinical educators, medical affairs, HEOR, commercial/marketing, or any clinician whose primary employer is a life-sciences company or its vendor/agency.
RATE & PAYMENT POLICY (APPLIES TO ALL CATEGORIES)
Registering early does not lock your rate. Your rate is determined by the date payment is received by MOASC.
- To receive the Early Bird rate, payment must be received by MOASC no later than the Early Bird deadline.
- Payments received after the Early Bird deadline are charged the Regular rate; payments received after the Regular deadline are charged the Late rate.
- Unpaid registrations are automatically adjusted to the rate in effect on the date payment is received. If underpaid, a balance due will be required before confirmation.
- No onsite payments accepted.
- All deadlines are Pacific Time (PT) and refer to payment received (not registration date or postmark), unless otherwise specified.
- For “Additional Industry Attendee” and “Industry Attendee-Only” tickets, Early/Regular/Late follow the same date windows as the Exhibit Booth fees listed above.
Example: If you register during Early Bird but your payment arrives during the Regular window, the Regular rate applies.

- MOASC is not responsible for delays or misdirected checks sent to outdated addresses when the correct address is attached on the website.

REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted by December 19, 2025.
- Authorized cancellations will receive a 50% refund by check.
- No refund requests will be accepted after submission deadline.
- No refunds for no-shows.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS - CLOSED
· Faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, and industry representatives are invited to submit case reports, original basic science research, and prospective or retrospective clinical research.

Poster presentations will take place before the program, during breaks, at lunch, and at the reception immediately following the program.

Each submission must include a 300-word abstract describing the research.
